Is this different from a traditional Traverse City listing agent?
NO. It is the same MLS listing you’d get with a traditional Realtor.
You’ll save thousands of dollars of your equity. You get the same MLS exposure and nationwide syndication, but you pay a flat fee instead of a percentage-based listing commission.
You can still sell by owner and avoid a buyer’s agent commission. If a buyer’s agent brings the buyer, they may expect compensation, often 2–3%, which can be negotiated when the offer comes in.
